Completed in 1993, the Ako factory manufactures food additives, primarily polyglycerol fatty acid esters. The production facilities are equipped with automated reaction temperature and vacuum control systems that make possible efficient production, high quality and stable supply. Boasting cutting-edge facilities in its filling operations and warehouse, the plant is positioned to be a manufacturing site for future new busi-nesses.

The plant has set quality control systems compliant with ISO standards as one of its primary goals.
