that it readily reacts with substances such as starch,
cellulose, and other polyhydric alcohols, organic acids,
and amines, enabling improvement of various natural polymer
materials. |
| Because cationicity and hydrophily
are imparted to reaction products improved using SY-GTA80,
such reformed reaction products are used in a wide range
of applications including antistatic agents, coagulants,
adsorbents, surfactants, and fiber modifying agents. |
